The renovation of Director of Studio Dunn’s own home in Hackney allowed for a very personal approach. Few of the original features remained and with a preference for contemporary design, this afforded a complete re-thinking of the property. It was essential to bring as much light into the space as possible whilst also allowing for the divisions needed in everyday family life. The property was extended into the garden and another floor added. All rooms were completely redecorated with an eclectic mix of mid-century, antique and contemporary furnishings.
