Studio Dunn worked along-side Jonathan Dunn architects to transform this stunning three storey period property into six stories - with the addition of a loft and 2 additional basements. The client was unsure whether they would choose to live in the house or rent it out, so care was taken to create somewhere that was sophisticated but paired back and restrained in order to suit a wide range of furnishing options that might follow. The beautiful original architectural features were therefore allowed to take centre stage in this expansive renovation.
