Kensington Apartment Development

Studio Dunn was engaged by a team of developers to completely reconfigure this dated apartment in a prestigious red bricked period building a stone’s throw from Notting Hill. The developers wanted to maximise the space so the Studio suggested removing all internal walls to allow an airy, open plan kitchen/dining/living space, a master en-suite and a separate guest bedroom and guest bathroom leading off the entrance. The design focus was on a contemporary and neutral style with muted tones that would be universally appealing.
