Maida Vale

Studio Dunn were bought on as design consultants with JD Architects and tasked with coming up with a concept design for four penthouse apartments in this much-loved art deco property in the heart of Maida Vale. They were also asked to completely re-design the communal spaces with particular sensitivity to the art deco features. The apartments themselves were allowed to take on a more contemporary turn with double height vaulted ceilings, whilst still taking inspiration from the building’s roots.
